Jamie Lin is a beauty you'll have to keep your eyes and ears out for, in more ways than one! Her selection and storytelling style makes the house heads groove with ultra-funky basslines that flow through like tasty ear candy. On the flip-side, she also gets the dancefloor rockin with tech house and chunky electro house tracks. A native to the San Francisco Bay Area, her influences derive from SF and Chicago house, as well as from dnb to rock (in her younger years). Jamie's passion for sharing these sounds led her to create the "Love Our House" radio show that turned into a weekly event. She has been a key player in the San Jose house scene, striving to enlighten others with non top 40's music.

Homero Espinosa - Yerba Buena Discos

Homero Espinosa began spinning records as DJ Huey in the Bay Area in the early 90’s, quickly finding a niche in the underground rave scene. He easily rose to prominence as one of the few rave DJ’s playing true underground house music in a scene overwhelmed by trance and European pop-dance music. Along the way, Homero began collaborating and making music with fellow Bay Area DJ and producer Allen Craig. Together, they founded Yerba Buena Discos in 2001. After years of successful music-making, Homero teamed up with label-mate Cubase Dan to form YBD Studios, a high-tech production facility in San Francisco’s legendary Moulton Studios. There, he has honed his engineering and production skills and further developed his own distinct sound, a deeper, more late-night groove than his labelmates. His DJ schedule remains hectic, taking him from the Bay Area to places as far afield as New York, Paris, and Spain. Homero’s production skills have also led to him gracing the decks as an engineer for many Bay Area house music heroes.

DJ Flame has always been a big fan of music and had deep passion for it. At the age of 14 he decided he wanted to take up the art of mixing music as a hobby and quickly started putting together his dance music record collection. He was the introduced to the House Music Scene in the mid 90's when I attended his first underground event in San Francisco, where performing was a handful of talent that helped shape the west coast scene. Included in the line up was DJ Dan, Garth, Jeno and the list goes on. The experience was a huge inspiration and new outlook for Dj Flame of what the definition of a good DJ is. After recording countless mixes he finally got one of his tapes into the right hands, and soon broke into the club circuit in 2000. Since then he has had the pleasure of playing for many of San Francisco's top venues and some of the most respected party promoters.

Fresno native Joshua Heath was born with music in his blood. As soon as he could stand he was hanging onto the household speakers to dance, and it wasn't long before he was trying out the household instruments. He played guitar and piano before settling on acoustic bass and trombone, and by the age of 10, was playing in local honor orchestras. Acoustic and electric bass quickly became his primary instruments, leading Joshua to jazz music, which became his love and focus.

Throughout his high school years, Joshua played in as many groups as possible, covering a wide variety of music, including jazz, classical, gospel, rock, funk and hip-hop. He was able to travel and compete in jazz festivals, even touring Japan in the Monterey Jazz Festival All-Star High School Big Band. Although his original intention was to attend a conservatory in New York, Joshua ended up in Los Angeles and ultimately completed his masters degree in Jazz Studies at USC. During this time, Joshua found a new love in electronic music and began to DJ locally. As his favorite experience at USC was composing for the big band and hearing his work come to life, he naturally began combining the genres he loves into his own productions.

His first proper house track entitled 'You Wanna Dance?' was picked up by Grab Recordings in the summer of 2005. Soon after it was released in Feburary 2006, it became a favorite of world renowned dj/producer Miguel Migs. Miguel liked "that combo of funk, soul, bump and grit to rock the dance floor" so much, that he signed Joshua's second release to his label, Salted Music, and has made Joshua an exclusive Salted artist. Josh's Coldcuts Ep has been a staple in record bags worldwide since its release in December 06' (Inland Knights, Fred Everything & DJ Mes to name a few) so keep your eye on this jazz & funk bred househead, as there is much more where that came from!!

TEEJAY WALTON : Live at the End Up

Teejay Walton, the founder of "Soul Camp", a three day music festival, Bay Area based "Freak the Beat Recordings", and one of the original members of Devotion along with Ruben Mancias & Eric Baca. At one time, this association was based solely out of San Francisco, and held weekly events at the legendary Endup, which features guests from around the world. This event has now gone national and has taken a new home base in New York City with Teejay holding it down in San Francisco. At 27 years of age, this man is definitely a man of many talents including, but not limited to, music production, songwriting, vocals, DJ-ing, as well as dancing. Teejay has rocked the house at many San Francisco establishments such as, Ruby Skye, DNA Lounge, the Endup, Pink, Mighty, and various other venues around the country. With his energy behind the decks and bangin' track selection, he is definitely an act not to be missed!

SEAN MICHAELS (Hub City Music-Denver, CO)

Located in Denver, CO, Sean Michaels is no stranger to dance floors here in the US. Getting started back in the early 90’s in Rochester, NY, and spending 4 years living in Chicago, Sean has traveled throughout the US, pushing his own spin on the house music sound. Inspired by jazz, funk, disco, R&B and industrial sounds, Sean’s selections are varied. Currently Sean’s sound can best be described as chunky, funky, groovy ass house music, and he is heavily influenced by producers and djs such as Inland Knights, Lawnchair Generals, Mark Farina and Derrick Carter. With more then 15 years in the house scene now behind him, Sean has experienced and played throughout the US. From Los Angeles, to Chicago, to New York City, Sean has shared the stage with the likes of Josh Wink, Derrick May, Paul Johnson, Halo and Hipp-e, Joeski, Onionz, Terry Mullen, Eric Davenport…the list goes on. Sean is now taking the next step in music and is currently spending time in the studio, writing original music as well as starting a new digital label with production partner, Brandon Bass. Their label, Hub City Music, saw it’s first release in September with original tracks from Late Night Society as well as a remix from Sean and Brandon under the name, Freeware. The release and the label are already getting strong support from a who’s who in the house music scene. Be on the look out for future releases from Freeware and Hub City Music, as well as solo projects from Sean Michaels.

NEW MONDO - DJ MFR & VINCENT KWOK

New Mondo, the exciting collaboration of two celebrated San Francisco deep house producers, DJ MFR (Marco From Rome) and Vincent Kwok. The duo had individually relocated to the Bay Area to pursue their love of house music, setting up labels (Transport and Eight Fifteen) and building well-regarded DJ resumes. Together Kwok and MFR formed New Mondo in 2001, initially focusing on dark, twisted, big room affairs, providing a contrast to the soulful, deep house sound that each were producing individually. The New Mondo sound was further honed with the release of Down Town San Francisco in 2008 on Swank Recordings. This mixed CD highlighted Kwok and MFR as DJs and bridged the sonic evolution of New Mondo from past efforts to the accomplishment of the first New Mondo album: Total Control. Total Control thrusts New Mondo into greater realms of accessibility and danceability. This ambitious set of music features vocal guest spots from Lisa Shaw (Naked/Salted Music), Sandy Rivera vocalist Leedia Urteaga, renowned San Francisco jazz singer Indra Jones, New Mondo mainstay Morrisson, and others. Here New Mondo's sound combines dancefloor burners and emotive song writing as well as subtle nods to 80's new wave funk. It's an appealing stew that works, and it makes for a much more fulfilling listen than your usual dance album. The new New Mondo full artist album Total Control is available now from Transport Recordings everywhere.

Joseph "Jojo" Torres

A 15year vet in the SF House scene, Joseph”jojo’Torres started his house journey in the early 90’s as an intern at 106.1 KMEL. This experience fine-tuned Jojo’s ear for the Deep Soulful Latin infused beats of which he is known. Contributing to local legendary parties such as Release, and Devotion, set the tone for his rise and established his integrity as a solid DJ in the area. A recent residency at Super Soul Sundayz is just another example of his staying power. Playing alongside a host of world-renowned DJs in high-powered venues are just some of the things he has accomplished in the House Music scene. With the long running internet Radio show TruSoul Radio located at Karma.Fm, this guy proves he will be around and is not going anywhere soon.

Having Fun is not only DJ/Producer J Funk's first release on Jump recordings it is also an accurate description of what he is doing at any given time. Always armed with a big smile and hearty laugh this San Jose based artist has learned to channel his good vibe mentality into infectious house music. A DJ since the mid-nineties J-Funk paid his dues spinning everything from high-energy to hip-hop at house parties, school dances,and clubs. Inspired by House legends such as Garth and Mark Farina, in 2002 J-Funk decided to take on the roll of DJ/Producer full time. As his name would suggest J-Funk has been heavily influenced by the funky grooves of seventies Disco and R&B as well as the more contemporary funk of Bay Area artists such as Too Short and Digital Underground. His extensive mobile DJ and club experience have given him a keen sense of what will get the party people moving and according to J-Funk " that's what it's all about ".

These three have played together for nine years using different approaches towards performing. Starting out as a soulful Jazz quintet with a splash of Hip-Hop, UNEAQ gained experience as they preformed around the Bay Area. Highly influenced by the underground house scene, they decided to completely change their style in late 2000. Utilizing their fantastic musicianship they have turned that inspiration into pure magic.
